Toive is a Finnish fashion brand, and our store is located in our hometown of Jyväskylä. We offer clothes designed in Finland and responsibly manufactured in Europe.
At Toive's store in the center of Jyväskylä, you can shop in peace, feel materials, and see colors in nature – we'll be happy to help you choose a size and build suitable outfits!

Location and arrival
Toiveen's store is located in the center of Jyväskylä, on the 2nd floor of the Torikulma shopping center. You can easily reach us directly from Yliopistonkatu. Our store is located right next to the entrance to Torikulma on Yliopistonkatu.
Alternatively, you can also arrive at Torikulma from the Asemakatu side: walk past the café Miriam's and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. You will find us when you continue straight ahead from the stairs or elevator.

Store services
At Toiveen's store, you can try on products, feel the materials and see the true shades of colors. We are here to help you when you need it – we are happy to help you choose your size, combine different products and build outfits. If you wish, you can also browse and wander around at your own leisure.
Our services:
- Personal assistance with fitting: we provide tips on product size, fit and combinability.
- Store pickup: Order online and pick up your order in store at a time that suits you. Your order will be held with us until you can pick it up!
- Exchanges and returns: If your wish is not fulfilled on the first try, you can easily exchange or return the product in store within the scope of the exchange and return right. We do not charge a return fee of €5.90 for returns made in store.
- Physical gift cards: Physical gift cards are only available in-store. You will receive the gift card immediately!
The store offers clearance and outlet products
In the Toiveen store you will find timeless wardrobe staples and their boosters. Our size range is XS–3XL. Our entire warehouse is located in the Jyväskylä store, so you will find all the same products in the store as in the online store. You can also easily check the availability of sizes in the online store before your visit. If your size is not displayed in the store, feel free to ask, we will be happy to check the stock situation!
Our store also functions as the Toive factory outlet. That's why you'll also find treasures here that aren't available in the online store: last pieces from previous collections at a discount, as well as second-quality products with minor defects. So you can make discoveries in the store that you won't see online at all.
