We always send the order confirmation by email. In the email you’ll find: ordered products, delivery information and the total amount. 

If you’ve placed the order while signed in, you can check your order from your page.

The delivery time to Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is 3-6 working days. During bank holidays (Christmas, Easter, national holidays) or a sales campaign there may be a small delay in shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over 100 €. If you return only part of your order and your free shipping no longer applies, we’ll also charge the original shipping fee if the remaining order value doesn’t meet the free shipping threshold.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. 

If you wish to return an item, you can use the return label included in your package. Simply attach the label to the parcel and take it to your nearest postal service point.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the previous purchase and make a new order.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, if you return all products,we will refund the price of the product(s) and the original shipping fee, if there is one.

For your convenience, a prepaid return label is included in your parcel. If you choose to use this label, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

 A notification of a faulty delivery (such as a missing, damaged, or incorrect item) must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If the parcel has been damaged in transit, a complaint should also be filed immediately with the local postal service.

Please note that under EU consumer protection law, customers have a statutory right to claim for defective products within two years of delivery. Please note that the statutory two-year guarantee under EU law covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or defects caused by improper use or care of the product. In case of a defect, please include a photo of the product and contact us at info@toiveshop.com.

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either provide a repair, replacement, partial refund, or a full refund. 

We also deliver orders to the EU. The delivery costs are as follows:
