Size Selection

Finding the right size can feel challenging, but when you know your measurements and use our size charts, you'll succeed for sure! Toive uses two different size charts to help you choose the right size:

  • Body measurements chart: based on body circumference measurements. We have separate women's and unisex size charts.
  • Product-specific size chart: shows the exact measurements of the product, which you can compare to clothes you already own.

With these charts, you'll easily find a product that fits and feels just right!

Body measurements: how do I measure?

Choosing the right size starts with measuring your body. Here's how to do it correctly:

  1. Take measurements over underwear to get the most accurate results possible.
  2. The measuring tape should be level both front and back. A mirror helps ensure the tape isn't twisted or crooked.
  3. Keep the measuring tape snug but don't pull too tight.

Measure these areas:

  • Bust circumference (A): Measure at the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist circumference (B): Measure at your navel or the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hip circumference (C): Measure at the fullest part of your hips – this may be above or below your crotch.

The measurements shown in the size chart are body circumference measurements in centimeters. Each of our products follows either the women's or unisex body measurements chart. You'll find the body measurements chart used for the product under the "Size and Material" tab.

Product measurements: compare measurements to your own clothes

Each product also has a product-specific size chart. This chart shows the exact measurements for that particular garment. This way you can compare them to clothes you already own. Examples of measurements:

  • Trousers: measure the inseam length of your own trousers and compare it to the product's inseam length.
  • Shirts: measure the shirt length and compare it to your favorite shirt's hem length.

Each product has its own product-specific size chart because each product is designed with a specific amount of ease. The product-specific size chart can be found under the product's "Size and Material" tab.

Please note that the material affects how the garment fits:

  • Knits: have some stretch.
  • Wovens: have little to no stretch.

Rarely do all measurements fit perfectly into one size. Consider whether you're buying a top or bottom, and choose the fit according to your preference – snug or more relaxed.
