Recycle and turn your old products into gift cards
We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you! Send your used Toive products back to us, we'll buy them for a gift card and find them a new home!
We pay you a fair compensation for each garment accepted for sale. You'll get the gift card to use almost immediately, without having to wait for the clothes to sell. Easy, fast, and responsible!
Our recycling partner is Finnish company Ninyes, which is Northern Europe's first and only marketplace for used, responsibly made clothing only. From Ninyes' online store, you'll find the best Toive Second Hand products.
You can recycle other products from Ninyes' brand list along with Toive products. Explore Ninyes' extensive brand list here.
The compensation you receive is based on the second hand selling price of the used product. We pay you as follows:
- If the second hand selling price is €10–80, we pay a 60% compensation
- If the second hand selling price is over €80, we pay 80% compensation for the amount exceeding €80
The compensation is paid as a gift card, which you'll receive within two weeks of sending your recyclable products to us. A processing fee of €2.80 per product and possible shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.
Toive gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and valid both in the online store and at our showroom (Yliopistonkatu 32, 40100 Jyväskylä).

What do I do?
1. Fill out and send the recycling form.
2. Pack the clothes to be sold, include a note inside the package with your name, phone number, and email address. See detailed shipping instructions below.
3. When we have received and processed your clothes, you'll receive the compensation value of the clothes by email. After you approve the value, you'll receive a gift card for your chosen brand by email. Toive gift cards are valid for one year.

Shipping from Finland: Matkahuolto and Postnord codes only work within Finland.
Matkahuolto:
- Write the return code on the package: 9545051 and recipient information Ninyes Oy, Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki
- Take the package to a Matkahuolto service point, you can find the nearest service points from service point search. Keep your shipping receipt.
Postnord:
- You'll receive an email with a link to PostNord's portal. Create a shipment in the portal and you'll get an 8-digit code for your shipment. You'll see your nearest PostNord service points after creating the shipment.
- Take the package to a PostNord service point. Keep your shipping receipt or email confirmation.
