Recycle and turn your old products into gift cards
We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you! Send your used Toive products back to us, we will buy them for a gift card and find them a new home!
We pay you either 70% or 50% of the estimated second-hand selling price for each piece of clothing that is accepted for sale. You will receive your gift card almost immediately, and you don't have to wait for the clothes to sell. Easy, fast and responsible!
Our recycling partner is finnish Ninyes, which is Northern Europe's first and only marketplace for second-hand, responsibly produced clothing. You can find the best Toive Second Hand products in Ninyes' online store.
You can also recycle other products from Ninyes' brand list at the same time as Toive products. Check out Ninyes' extensive brand list here .
For each product approved for sale, we will pay you either 70% (for products valued over €70) or 50% (for products valued under €70) of the product's estimated selling price.
The refund will be paid in the form of a gift certificate. You will receive the gift certificate approximately two weeks after you have sent your recyclable clothes to Ninyes. The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is valid both in the online store and in our showroom (Yliopistonkatu 32, 40100 Jyväskylä).

What do I do?
1. Fill out and submit the recycling form.
2. Pack the clothes you want to sell, add a note inside the package with your name, phone number and email address. See detailed mailing instructions below.
3. Once we have received and processed
your clothes, you will receive a refund value for the clothes in your email. Once you have accepted the value, you will receive a gift card in your email.
